How does the Online Ordering work on the VATA Brasil site?
Ordering from VATA Brasil online is easy and delivery is fast. To order on-line, find the item you like and add it to your shopping cart. Don’t worry about sizing since VATA Brasil™ is one-size fits most sizes, 0-12. When you have finished shopping, simply click the Checkout button on your shopping cart. Enter your address and credit card information and your order is on its way within one to three business days of receipt of the order.
 
Do you have a size chart?
No need for a size chart. VATA Brasil is a OneFit™one-size fits most” product, fitting All Sizes 0-12. Please refer to the "Sizing Chart" located on the tabs above for more information on the "OneFit" fabric.

Do you have a color chart?
Yes, please check the color chart tab located on the top tool bar of webpage. Please keep in mind not all styles are available in all colors of the color chart. The color chart is there to simplify the purchase process by illustrating the entire spectrum of colors and prints to be used as a reference when choosing a final selection from the pull down menu.

Does your site require any special software?
No, however we recommend you utilize Safari 4, Mozilla Firefox 3 or 3.5, or Internet Explorer 7 or 8 to use this site. You must also have the Macromedia Flash plug-in installed.


What if I'm not happy with the items I ordered?
VATA Brasil wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We will accept returns of clean, unworn, new unwashed or defective VATA Brasil™ merchandise for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery with a Return Authorization (RA) form. For a copy of an RA form or questions about returns please email (sales@houstonprojects.com)

What is VATA Brasil's standard return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, please return it within 14 days of delivery for replacement or store credit with a RA form.
Please inspect all garments upon receipt. All claims for shortages, damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt and reported to Customer Service (sales@houstonprojects.com) We will exchange any and all VATA Brasil™ garments, as long as they have not been worn, laundered or soiled and all hangtags remain attached to the garment(s). VATA Brasil™ does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer. All items purchased on sale are final. 
 
What do I do if I receive the wrong product or color?
VATA Brasil does its very best at fulfilling your order correctly. In the event of an error on our behalf, VATA Brasil™ will gladly exchange it for free and pay for shipping. SIMPLY, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY and we will reference the Order Number to ensure the accuracy of the request. If the request is accurate, in that we did not ship the proper product, we will refund the amount listed on your VATA Brasil invoice upon return of product shipped in error. (Please request an RA for return at (shipping@houstonprojects.com).
 
There is a manufacturing defect with the item. What should I do?
Should a production flaw be discovered, please contact us immediately. Upon verification, we will instruct you to ship the product back to VATA Brasil with an explanation of what is flawed and we will exchange the garment in question immediately. (Please request an RA for return at sales@houstonprojects.com). Please write DEFECT in large letters on the outside of the Package. For international customers we advise you to select a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance on packages to be returned to VATA Brasil.
 
Has my order been shipped?
You should receive an email updating your order as shipped. If in any case there is an issue with your shipment, an email will be sent to notify you, the customer, of any such delay. Most orders are processed in one to three business days and shipping times for United States Postal Service Priority mail takes between 2-3 days. Is this website secure?
We take all appropriate physical, electronic, and other security measures to help safeguard personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Our shopping cart is equipped with an SSL certificate to ensure that the transmission of your credit card information to Paypal for processing is 100% secure. We do not store your credit card information on our site servers,we just transmit the information to Paypal.
 
Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?
Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format. Our ecommerce site does not store any credit card numbers on our server in the event that our site is ever compromised.
 
Charging Your Credit Card:
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. All orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.
 
What methods of payment does VATA Brasil accept?
VATA Brasil.com accepts the following credit cards:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Pay Pal
We also accept e-checks, but please allow 3-5 days for payment to clear before your order is processed for shipping.
We do NOT accept cash, cashier checks or personal checks.
